1. Masterclass Registration Fee

At Excel Bhaiya, our live interactive masterclasses are offered at a nominal fee (e.g., ₹1 INR to ₹21 INR) to cover single-attendee seat reservation, live bandwidth allocation, and administrative delivery costs.

2. Rescheduling & Batch Transfer Policy

We understand that unforeseen emergencies, meetings, or schedule conflicts can arise. If you are unable to attend the scheduled live session:

• Free Batch Transfer: You can request a 100% free transfer of your registration to the next upcoming weekend live batch by sending a quick message to our support team at least 2 hours prior to the session start.
• Recorded Material & Worksheets: Even if you miss the live session, all downloadable practice templates, datasets, and guide worksheets will remain accessible to you.

3. Cancellation & Refund Request Eligibility

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following criteria:

• Duplicate / Multiple Payments: If an attendee is accidentally charged more than once due to a network glitch or gateway timeout, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded 100% in full without any deduction.
• Cancellation Before Session Start: If you wish to cancel your registration, you can write to us at abhishek.nitj.002@gmail.com at least 2 hours before the scheduled session.
• Post-Session Refunds: Once the live masterclass session has concluded and the course materials/practice sheets have been accessed, refund requests cannot be processed.
• Event Cancellation by Organizer: In the rare circumstance that a live workshop session is cancelled by us due to technical or instructor illness reasons, attendees will be offered an immediate 100% full refund or free priority access to the rescheduled session.
