2. Products & Services Description
We provide live, interactive online educational masterclasses, training programs, and digital learning resources:
Service Name: Learn Excel + AI Masterclass (Live Interactive Session)
Instructor: Abhishek Kumar (NIT Jalandhar, MBA, Ex-Byju's, Ex-Blinkit)
Curriculum: Basic to Advanced Excel, Formulas, Modern AI Tools (ChatGPT / Copilot), Dashboard Analytics, Corporate Reporting, and Freelancing Framework.
Deliverables: Live video webinar access, downloadable practice workbooks, real-world case studies, Q&A doubt resolution, and completion certificate.
3. Pricing & Currency (INR)
All products and services listed on this website are priced in Indian Rupees (INR):
- Special Live Masterclass Registration Fee: ₹1 INR (Promotional / Introductory Offer) to ₹21 INR.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable digital delivery charges.
- Payments are processed securely via authorized Reserve Bank of India (RBI) compliant payment aggregators including Cashfree Payments with 256-bit SSL encryption.
4. Workshop Access & Delivery
Upon successful registration and payment:
- Registration grants single-seat live attendance access for the registered individual.
- Meeting links (Google Meet / Zoom), reminders, and practice sheets will be dispatched to the attendee's verified WhatsApp phone number and Email address.
- Attendees are requested to join the live session 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled start time.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All training materials, presentations, downloadable templates, worksheets, and recordings provided during the masterclass are the proprietary intellectual property of Abhishek Kumar / Excel Bhaiya. Materials are granted for personal learning only and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written consent.
6. User Conduct
Attendees agree to maintain professional etiquette during the live session and inside the community WhatsApp group. Any disruptive behavior, spam, or harassment will result in immediate removal from the session without refund.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
